Eric Besson, Minister for Industry, Energy and the Digital Economy, welcomed the investment by the Fund to modernize automotive (FMEA) in the company Altia Industry.
With this investment, amounting to five million euros, the FMEA, mutual fund equally owned by Renault, PSA Peugeot Citroen, and the Strategic Investment Fund (ISF), will accompany the development of the group Altia Industry, specializing in stamping, machining and automotive structures, producing 240 million euros in turnover and implanted in the Sarthe, Haute-Savoie and Limousin.
It aims to allow including the acquisition of two companies specializing in steel composite: Stequal, located in Haute-Savoie, and Imtec, located in Maine-et-Loire.
